Join us for the 29th Annual Diabetes Symposium, a one-day program dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical theory and real-world application. With a theme of "From Guidelines to Practice," this year’s sessions are drawn directly from the latest ADA guidelines, featuring expert speakers who will demonstrate how to implement these standards in daily practice. Offering 6 hours of continuing education, the curriculum spans critical areas such as pharmaceutical management, renal care, and pregnancy. This event is an invaluable resource for South Carolina’s multidisciplinary care teams, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, endocrinologists, dieticians, CDCESs, social workers, and community health workers—who are committed to improving outcomes for people living with diabetes.
