Testers who use assistive technology and some who don't, evaluate websites and other information and communication technology for accessibility and usability. Testers? findings include accessibility issues, descriptions of the testers? successful and unsuccessful experiences in accessing information, basic explanations of accessibility/usability principles involved, and resources for correcting barriers. Tests are uniquely designed for the agency/organization's budget and needs. Come with specific questions for administrators and site testers.
