SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs
Please see the following memo regarding SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs Listening Sessions which will be held over the next 2 weeks. Their commission members are hosting these meetings to get input from their consumers and providers on how to best use future funding coming from the American Rescue Act of 2021. These funds are to address immediate needs due to the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as pursue longer-term Home and Community Based Services delivery system improvements. This is your chance to talk with DDSN commissioners in your area and voice your ideas and needs. Please read the memo in its entirety.
