Our conference is open to parents, self-advocates, and professionals.
The day's agenda will include keynote speakers and multiple workshops. We are currently seeking proposals for workshop hosts, and we are particularly interested in the following topic areas:
Early Intervention:
- Best Practices
- Early Childhood Outcomes
Healthcare:
- Transition to Adult Medical Home
Education:
- Child Find/Early Identification/Transition to Preschool
- Post-High School Transition
