Children with Tourette Syndrome present unique challenges in the classroom. Participants will learn how the condition is diagnosed and how it can be managed at school.

Topics include:
Criteria for diagnosing Tourette syndrome
Disorders often associated with Tourette syndrome
(ADHD, OCD, and Learning \ Disabilities)
Impact of these disorders in the classroom
Classroom strategies and techniques
The need for positive behavioral accommodations
