Able South Carolina and Family Connection of South Carolina are hosting an important one day conference for middle and high school students with disabilities and their family members.
The morning will feature separate sessions for students and parents, then everyone will come together in the afternoon to do some serious planning and preparation for transitioning to your future! Lunch will be provided.
