People with disabilities, their families, and direct service providers need access to vaccination! Join the 29203 community, family, and friends for a fun-filled day of health-themed activities at the Healthy Laughter Community Event, where we will be holding a barrier free vaccine clinic.
- Accommodations will be provided for people with disabilities.
- The clinic will provide Moderna COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to all ages.
- Spanish and ASL Interpretation will be available.
- Vaccine cards are not required because our staff can look up previous doses and make new cards.
Gift cards will be available while supplies last for individuals with disabilities who receive a COVID-19 vaccination.
