Family Connection of South Carolina will host two 5Ks - its first in Columbia - on
Saturday, September 24 at Saluda Shoals Park and Saturday, October 8 at the Anderson Sports & Entertainment Center. Thanks to Ainsley's Angels, those who cannot complete a 5K on their own, can now experience the thrill of crossing the finish line, promoting active lifestyles for everyone.
