Hurricane Matthew Survivors with Disabilities Are you a survivor of Hurricane Matthew with a disability living in North or South Carolina?   If so, The University of South Carolina needs your input regarding your experiences during Hurricane Matthew and the subsequent flooding. The information collected will not be identifiable and will be used to enhance the Carolina’s emergency response services for persons with disabilities during and after a crisis.
