The Community Leadership Academy is Looking for Candidates like You!

Do you want to make a change in South Carolina and be a voice for the disability community? You're invited to join us in making a real community change! The Community Leadership Academy is a six-week course that covers everything you'll need to know to serve on a non-profit board of directors, government committee, or council.

The Community Leadership Academy will discuss the following topics:

• How Nonprofit Boards Work

• Government Committees & Councils

• Research & Networking

• Ethical and Legal Responsibilities

• Robert's Rules of Order

• Hands-on Skills Practice
