Health is Wealth 3-Week Consumer Training 

Understanding your health care needs and communicating those needs are skill we all need! Join us for a FREE three-week course where individuals with disabilities can build on their leadership and self-advocacy skills to live a healthier lifestyle. In this course, we'll talk about:  

• Healthy Eating 
• Stress Management 
• Communicating with Healthcare Providers 
• Much more!
