- Skills related to living more independently in the community
- Guidance on filling out housing applications
- Help with budgeting for affordability
- Searching for housing and accessible places as needed
- Communicating and advocating with the landlord
- Assistive technology to support independence in the home
How to qualify for services:
- Have a disability or other health condition
- Currently renting, homeless, or at risk of homelessness
- Meet certain income requirements
