March is Brain Injury Awareness Month!
Governor Henry McMaster has proclaimed March 2023 as Brain Injury Awareness Month in South Carolina to help raise awareness of the extent, consequences, causes, treatments, and prevention of brain injuries. We’ll be putting a spotlight on the brain injury community through the #MoreThanMyBrainInjury campaign.

BIASC Celebrates 25 Years of Providing Resources & Support to the South Carolina Brain Injury Community!
25 is our year! We have doubled in staff and are receiving funding and grants from state and national level sources which allows us to dedicate time to address some of the intersections of brain injury that we didn't have the capacity to address until now. We are a thriving organization that provides countless resources, trainings, referrals, and supports for survivors of brain injury, their caregivers, and professionals who work with brain injury survivors.
