Five Points merchants and restaurants will participate in Light It Up Blue day by offering "blue" specials and featuring blue displays. How To Light It Up Blue Light Your Home Blue Change outdoor or indoor white bulbs to blue bulbs. Cover existing fixtures with blue gel filters. Tint windows with blue gel sheets.
