2023 Virtual Walk, Run, & Roll 5K for Brain Injury Awareness
March 19 - 25, 2023
Please join us for our second annual Virtual Walk, Run, & Roll 5K as we celebrate BIASC's 25th anniversary! This awareness event will run throughout the entire week of March 19 to 25. March is Brain Injury Awareness Month across the US!
Registration is $40 and each participant will receive a t-shirt. Brain injury survivors can use the coupon code “Survivor23” at checkout for $10 off.
If you’d like to receive a t-shirt in time, register by February 24. You can register up until the last day on March 25, but we cannot guarantee that you'll receive a t-shirt by the time the event starts.
Please note that this is not an actual in-person race! This is a Virtual Walk, Run, & Roll 5K that lasts the entire week of Sunday, March 19, to Saturday, March 25. You can walk, run, or roll or do a combination throughout the week!
All proceeds go directly to the Brain Injury Association of SC programs and services:
- Toll-free helpline to provide resource facilitation
- SC Visibility project resource bags for new brain injury patients
- Brain Injury Safety Net Project for concussion education among students, school professionals, medical professionals, and parents
- Education and training to professionals, caregivers, law enforcement
- Brain Injury Support Groups
- Injury prevention initiatives
- Advocacy
- Opioid Crisis Outreach -- New in 2023!
- Veteran's Outreach -- New in 2023!
- Intimate Partner Violence -- New in 2023!
So, get your support group together, get your family together, get your co-workers and friends together and get out and Walk, Run, and Roll for Brain Injury Awareness across SC!
