Options, Barry Corbet's Classic Guide to Living with SCI, Now Available Online for Free

Longtime New Mobility editor Barry Corbet published Options, a guide to thriving with spinal cord injury based on Corbet’s own experience and interviews with dozens of SCI survivors across the country. “I want you to share this experience so that you will not have to muck about in the wilderness for years, as I did, to acquire it by yourself,” Corbet writes in the preface. Forty years after it was published, Options remains some of the most impactful writing about disability ever produced, and it’s now available online for the first time.
