ABLE Accounts and Projected Usage

On December 19, 2014, the
U.S. Congress signed the Achieve A Better Life
Experience (ABLE) Act into law. This
enables people with disabilities to set up tax-free savings accounts to pay for
expenses not covered by government-sponsored programs.
To get a better idea of how many individuals might be
eligible for ABLE accounts and how a potential beneficiary may use the account
to save for disability related expenses including assistive technology, take a
