About the Program
Obi
is a revolutionary adaptive eating device for individuals with upper
extremity strength and mobility limitations. With customizable adaptive
switches, Obi allows its users to be in control of what they eat and
when. Obi increases independence, social interaction, mealtime
enjoyment, and well-being.
Target Audience: Individuals with upper extremity strength/mobility limitations (ALS, CP, MD, AMC, SCI, TBI, MS, etc.).
Participants Will Learn:
1. How Obi Robot works.
2. Potential health benefits of Obi Robot / potential candidates for Obi Robot.
3. Funding & reimbursement.
