Do you have concerns about falling?
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. 'A Matter of Balance' is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
The Brain Injury Association of South Carolina and Prisma Health will lead a 4-week class (2 sessions per week, 8 sessions total) covering the ‘A Matter of Balance’ program.
The class will start on Wednesday, August 16, and meet every Wednesday and Friday until September 8. Each class session will meet from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Prisma Health Richland Campus.

- Anyone concerned about falls
- Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength
- Anyone who has fallen in the past
- Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns
- Adults age 60 or older
